Here's the text version

Here are my "five easy ways" which I talk about on the video. So this is a summary, but there's more if you listen to it.

  1. Relax and get some exercise – de-stressing is good!
  2. Stop thinking about your problems – let the subconscious do its work
  3. Celebrate! Remember what you have enjoyed doing and done well. Affirm yourself
  4. Do the washing up. People say they have their “best ideas in the shower.” It is through doing repetitive activities that we help this happen.
  5. Enjoy spending time with friends and family. Use some of this time to talk through your ideals and problems. Listen to what other people have to say about your strengths.
